Eric le Tallec is the founder and Managing Director of CB2i Consulting.
He is an international business executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping companies grow, expand into new markets, and build sustainable business partnerships across Europe.
Eric has built his career at the intersection of French and German business environments. He spent seven years helping two German industrial groups develop the French construction market, working closely with architects, engineering firms and key industry stakeholders to promote innovative solutions.
He then spent nine years driving business development across France and Germany for a Japanese industrial group specializing in polymer chemistry. Building on this experience, he was appointed General Manager Sales & Marketing Europe, a position he held for four years, leading growth initiatives, market development and strategic customer relationships across aerospace, defence, automotive, nuclear and renewable energy sectors. Along the way, he developed extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, innovation ecosystems and cross-border stakeholder management.
Working across both countries, he observed that many customers, industries, supply chains and growth opportunities naturally extended beyond national borders. This experience led him to develop an integrated Franco-German approach, which today forms the foundation of CB2i Consulting and helps international companies accelerate growth across Europe’s most strategic economic corridor.
